Warning!!
These files are for Diablo II LOD Version 1.09 only
Thanks to Gostmakker!

YOU MUST USE SHADOWMASTER TO IMPORT ITEMS FROM FUZZIER!! Some items will work in Jamella, but most won't

Installation- After you download Fuzzier's, create a new folder and make sure you have all the required files in the same folder. You should have a total of 5 files in that folder. ItemCreator.exe, Properties.txt, Typeid.txt, ReadMe.txt and Version.txt (ReadMe.txt and Version.txt are not required)

Rules- When you click your item on the item tree, be sure that the 3 digit item code is applied in the item code box top right of the item page. If you are creating armor, be sure to click the defense box lower right of the item page. If you are neg. speed, or mega level, put defense of one. For weapons and armor both, click the durability box next to the defense box and leave as zero-this will make it indestructible. If the item is an ammy, ring, charm or jewel, then click that box- lower middle of item screen- and leave defense and durability boxes un-checked. I leave all of these as Magical Item quality. For prefix and suffix I just leave blank- except for Life Regen charms I use Holy/Vileness. For colored armor using magical pref/suff, refer to Eric’s pages here. Sockets- In the socket box on this screen, place a number here no higher than what the in-game max would be. The extras can be added using the attribute screen, found between the skill charges and ‘Chance to..’

Attributes- Use the pages and posts here as your guide. So many… like herding cats. For the most part the editor is very forgiving. Just clik the magical attributes button [largest button on the screen] I found many of the INDs to be buggy on charms, less so on weps, but they will cause frequent game crashes when dueling. The –monster defense [for non-matriarchal javas] worked for me using jewels. Certain combinations of attributes on charms together with life steal didn’t work, but most did. With attributes, less is sometimes more, especially if real high level. No more hints here. When satisfied, click close to return to item screen.

Advantages- They are considerable. Many of the bugged Jamella [JM] attributes are now available, as well as one very important attribute that does much to narrow the gap that hex hackers have enjoyed- +255% Damage Reduction. Very useful attribute when dueling zons [hint], and very versatile, as the IC will allow placement on any item. Other fun attributes include –Monster Defense, Life Regeneration, One-handed, Two-handed, Throwing and Enhanced Minimum Damage. With the IC, the elemental damage and minimum damage can be applied more precisely to narrow or widen the damage spread. Other advantages- Creative naming of items/ Items can be tweaked in JM, although she may not show certain attributes such as Dam Red or the INDs/ Extra sockets [if you want them] /and EASY jewels/EASY whites. Another advantage with the IC- If you leave the editor OPEN when loading and testing an item with your mule, you can quickly make changes-remove the offending attributes, etc., and remake. If several different items will have many of the same attributes, they will not need to be listed one by one- they will still be on the attribute page- just change the item on the item page.

Disadvantages- Can be worked around. Biggest is the inability to access your D2 files from the editor to change an item once made. Also, there is no image pack to see what you are getting. Some automatically included attributes assigned to various uniques will be unseen until the item is in game or in JM. The way around it is to leave open JM and Shadowmaster [SM] when using the IC. Before you create it in the IC- go have a look at one in Jamella first. When you first view the item in JM, it will provide any assigned attributes. You can also view the damage spread assigned to a weapon. If you socket it in Jamella, you can see what the max game-assigned number of socks are for an item. Knowing all this will save time, and you will have less a feeling of blindness about what you are getting. …If only this worked for women…

Item Quality- If you wish, you can leave an item such as a unique superior quality, tweak in Jamella, then change to crafted. Crafted is unavailable in the IC. Use magical or rare if you know the pref/suff if you wish to make black or other colors. Otherwise, you can leave them blank and the appendage will be assigned. When a decent guide is finally written with the rare and magical pref/suff indexed according to attributes then our options will grow.

Whites- No other editor is required. Doesn’t get any easier than this. In fact, my critique of the mewgood download ‘whites creator’ is…- It sucks. Not one item, legit unique or hakked, was it able to change to white and load into a game. It did however, completely corrupt my ‘Butcher’s Pupil’ axe that Diablo dropped for me- my fault for not backing it up. I haven’t had to use the one for DL here. When making whites with the IC, I chose exceptional items for the most part. The breakdown in Jamella is more detailed, with regular, exceptional, elite/ regular exceptional/ regular elite/ and exceptional elite. In the IC it is simply regular/exceptional/and elite. This actually works to our benefit, with more flexibility assigning attributes to the base/generic form of the quality items. For armor I used Embossed plate/for weps- phase blade and various sceptors/for helm I used bone visage/for shield I used scutum[sharp looking, and CTB in the 40s-so hakkable with jewels to get 97% CTB] /for belt and boots I used sharkskin/for gloves-battle gaunts. I really don’t know which items WON’T work. After adding the attributes and checking the appropriate boxes, clik on item quality, choose unique, page almost halfway down and clik swordguard- best choice- works for all items and is angel bright white-in game and in inventory-really sharp. Now name it: Gostmakker’s Blizzard Thumbnoser. Save and load with shadow to test. Take into game on your mule clone more than once to check before loading onto your favorite char. Do not take the white items into jamella. She is a %$&*@, we all know, but especially when she sees white.

Socketed Rings and Ammys
Thanks to Lordsoth(zoi)
make a ring
socket it 1
then use increased socket attribute
save the socketed ring to a file
make the jewels you want in the ring with fuzziers
save it, now use the tools option and insert the jewels into the ring
save

D2 Errors
I get an error when trying to open the character in D2. Errors include "bad dead bodies" and "bad inventory data."
The magical attributes in Fuzzier's work properly. You are probably forgetting to check the appropriate boxes.
Take your time and start with simple items, until you get used to Fuzzier's

OverSocketing
7 is the absolute maximum sockets you can have in anything. And use that box with the check only to add the "Set amount" for that armor. There is a magical attribute that is listed towards the bottom of the list it says extra sockets -- use that for more than reg amount.
