if someone has 83k damage (WITH deadly strike), and you have dr anywhere from 1 to 49, you cannot be killed (if you dont attack... thorns kills that last hp). this is due to the damage you are taking. damage that is too high will never break any life with low dr. zero dr doesnt work. if you are getting hit by a damage lower than 83k, then your max dr to get the lock will be less than 49... because you have to keep making yourself take high amounts of damage. i do not know how low the damage needs to be to break locks all the way down at 1% dr.
so you can now understand why sic's comment is true. by removing deadly strike, you lose half of your real damage, and therefore a lower dr would be necessary to keep your lock at 1 (if the damage isnt too low) and a recap, the ONLY two things that create this lock: your dr and your opponent's damage.
Life Locks: There are many of them. You need at least 100% dr and 50% dgtm(damages goes to mana).
Now get your life and mana to one of these values.
Locked on start: 890000, 840000, 790000, 740000, 690000, 640000, etc...
Lock at low life: 8300000, 7900000, 7300000, 6900000, 6300000, etc...
Barb Leech
You can use + 100 hit recovery and block rate 7 times on boots gloves belt helm armor wep/shield and and it will leech on its own!
Negative Resist
hey guys, if u want their magic damage to not do so much damage to you, u gotta have -negative resist, ......u see in Normal and Nightmare: if u dont have any resist, it will be 0....and in hell, it will be -100.....get a special charm with -negative resist, so that itll show -negative in NORMAL AND HELL AND NIGHTMARE, ive tested, and this way magic user dont do so much damage to you...this will put the absorb to kick in first......

Ok the easy way to kill the NS elite clone is this
You need two 99s in the game and it will not crash you just kill the elite..
The method
Ok the elite comes into your game carry a charm with shadow master charge raise a shadow master and go hostile to the other 99 and the clone wait til the clone is in the paddock both you and the 99 go out when the clone comes out get the other 99 to kill the shadow master..This will result in the elite dying instantly even though they maybe no where near you.....lol as he appears in town again throw another shadow master when he comes out to get body get the other 99 to kill it again..they sooon get bored with Dying

hmm lvs in the 2 bills seem not work for me,but the stablest lv i know is 1073741923.
with this lv you can join and host 10/10
and i never get an error msg,and you can do 1 hit kills also
Palladin tips
try using high level smite.
Well negative AR never worked for me-EVER. Get the ar at or around 16-20 million. Use some +127TDs 3, 4, 5 ,6 if need be. Also some +1s. Put -4 monster defense on your wep. Begin your duels with your default attck [left mouse button] on zeal, and your other skill on blessed aim. Have the AR of 20 mill set for the blessed aim skill. Get the first attack in-be quik-and you should hit with your first zeal parry and kill them- or drain them down to almost nothing. Then quickly, switch to smite and finish them. Try OW and CB at high levels and a narrow damage range. If they are ready for all that, then switch to second wep with wide dam range. The trick is finding the right TD for each opponent, because u can't leech with ur wep unless u hit. You can leech and leech nicely too using life tap and smite, without holy shield. Oh, to leech with smite, keep your life in the 740thou-800thou range-not 8mill.
Replenish Life
Make a paladin with prayer at a very high level. For those who dont know prayer regenerates life. So at a high level your looking at 830 000 life in a couple of seconds. Hows that for cheap? Can it be countered? its Doubtful. It can be beat. But keep in mind all those high skillz things that have good dmg can be countered.
Invisible Character
The only thing i can say is, Silver Ghost's pally became invisible when he got his skills near 2 mill and cast holy shield. I don't know and he as well don't what the hell happened, but he got invisible.
100% Block Shield
Ok this how u make em.( Not 100% but u will block at lest 80-90% of attacks).
Open up fuz editor and make STORM SHIELD.( Put in 100 def to missle,melee and 100% echanted damage).Have 2 sockets there.
Now make the jwl have 100% block rate and 1 def to missle and melee and 1% enchanted damage).
Now make two Jwl and the storm shield u got and put inside shadow master.
MAKE READ ONLY!
Go in a game and put in that jwl inside shield ( that should have 200% Block RaTE)
And some def stuff.
Duel and find out the deference between 75% ctb into this storm shield.
ALSO MAKE SURE U GOT NEGATIVE CTB AND JUST ADD 1% CTB ON CHARM THAT SHOULD TURN INTO POS CTB.
IT SHOULD B 1% AWAY FROM NEGATIVE AND 1% AWAY FROM POSITIVE.
My self i use a simple +1% chance of blocking and hell it almost alwais blocks atatcks, was using your trik before, but for some reason, the 1% works better.

Damage Reduce tips

this is a weird concept.... ok, every 100% Damage Reduce Lower's your Damage By 25%, So 510% damage reduce would equal 125.50% Reduction in Damage.... Yeah i know it doesn't make sense right? but think of it this way, nothing really truly makes sense in D2. Am i right? of course i'm right. Just like how damage keeps rolling over and the negative attributes like super speed. so basically what i'm tells you is that the reduction rolls over as well as all the other attributes. so 510% Damage Reduce would be 25.5 % Damage Reduction.
if you increase you Damage, the dr will still reduce your damage, but your damage will be high if you increase it. For low Dr. if it does not pass the 100% marker than it does not decrease you damage by 25%, but a lower number....

Immune to high skill spells
I found a way to be immune to high skill spells (including poison) and for passives, they won't change a thing at high level on zon and on barb only iron skin will, but it is gona give ya neg def
And well you see 100% dammage reduced is 100% (no dammages from the hit). The thing is that open wounds will leave a scar that acts like a very deadly poison and drain your life. Thats exactly why you need high levels to kill fast. Actualy! This will only have newbies use sorc over zons and well i'll have some fun killing those.
i have tested some neg abs, but like Dedrick said they really have no effect. Neg resist, basically is helpful with Physical Immune and is good to have with Pos absorb, because it changes the Damage from magical or elemental attacks in to life and mana.....
Impossible to hit
Ok.... this is a way to become impossible to hit....
first you take your armor and add sockets, if you want the geglash story then you want two sockets and if you want the Cain story you want 4 sockets.
after you have socketed you armor, then you create a jewel in Jamella. make it superior and a starter item. add the attribute "add skill-tab" to the jewel using jamella, the points should be 31 and the tab should be 31. then press ctrl- and drag the jewel to make a copy. make 4 copys of it and see which story works best fo you. any questions then just pm me.
I have the geglash story on a sword with 4 sockets and I'm not impossible to hit, so I really don't know what to say, except for maybe you're not exactly right about that for everyone, it just didn't work like that for me....
i had the same thing happen to me about a month ago on a bow. but it wore off in bout a week or 2.
geglash doesnt have to have that name... or be a bow... (hint hint)
like i said before "armor" it has to be on armor - 2-4 sockets. geglash is two sockets and Cain is 4 sockets.

High level experience
Hmmm one info for all of you using 2bills. For exp, you should get it to same value as your level, like a level 2147121244 should get 2147121244 experience. This makes your char more stable then using no experience at all

ok use max elemental damage based on character level on your weapon.
and max poison damage based on character level. and put your damage in the millions say around 2 million or so.
u can do 1 hit k.o with melee... CB, OW, DS and FIRE dmg... in some amounts...
u may have a different way of doing your 1 hit kills *hint hint* dunno if it works but my way is a guarantee i believe....it is a cb at a certain amt...... btw ow (open wounds) is not needed....only affects monsters........
Well, one hit kills with a 99 are not very common against a hakked opponent with a good shield, good dam reduction and absorb. You can attain it with a good amount of crushing blow, and against a new hakker without access to dam red by % who may simply be protected with +95 resists. There are a whole lotta ears on the ground from peeps wearing that famous white armor with 100 thou defense who simply stood too close to one of my duels and a zeal parry nicked em dead. [My their surprise]
Now, I truly believe that it is possible to one-hit kill a well hakked char with high dex defense, life lock, good dam red, neg resist, pos absorbs and a good shield. Im beginning to think that just about anything in this game is possible. DS is right about the ranged attack, but I wouldn't be surprised if some have a way to do it with melee. They just aren't tellin yet- and I don't blame em. Follow the posts, experiment. Expect a miracle.
You will need around 2147255000 dex, and either -220 or -360 increased attack speed, also you will probably need a bow because melee chars seem to have trouble with killing life lock characters. Put a -4 target def charm in your inventory and a -1 target defence charm in your inventory... You will have to have atleast 12 charms with 410% enchanced dmg and a few charms with +attack rating and 200% attack rating on them to get your attack rating back up to 95% chance to hit. You will have to mess with the charms a bit to get it there but its possible so dont give up... also when looking at dmg try to get 1-3 dont settle for 1 - 2 or any 8 digit number. hope this helps
1 hit kills are very similar to supremes and elites......almost similar but a little different.....no more shall be said about it and i'm talking about 99s and below that can kill no matter the factors

ok im gonna share my damn secret oppz well u knwo ill share my secret about 1 hit kill with 99
have +9500 poison damage cold etc to all gear EXCEPT magic!!
then put your str if your weapon damage is over 50 min over 50 put your str to 299999 if your weapon dam is below 50 like 20 or something put it 310000 str then on your gear all of it put +95 to str then on magic damage put -200
put your dex at least over get it in range of over 99 mill lol so in the 100 and over put your life if zon 1.6 mill pally 799999 for better lock
and make sure u have leetch block so have at least 20 dr on a charm and dont have it anywhere on your gear.
then when u all done with gear make 3 charms with +50 max poison cold etc again EXCEPT MAGIC magic put -20
and this should work it only works for 99 and if u want combo for teen ill post it in teen forums.
on one of my best ZONS i have a skill that kills u one hit u dont have to hit me i dont have to hit u it just kills u but only works if im like 5 inches from u its kinda my secret but if u ant to know always contact me in d2 and ill let u in on a tip well hope u guys have fun with it well heres the lil tip..
On any skill charm maker if u have lvl 31 like say blade shield and then u make a charm thast adds another lvl 31 to all skills then have another one with blade shield with lvl -7 and if it dont work make lvl of the 2nd charm lvl 31 blade shield again then put blade shield at least it does 1 mill damage PURE!!!!
dont worry youll never fiqure it out LMAO not even the best hacker which is me can LMAO well thats only half the trick try to get the other half this is the easy half well i just know its almost impossable to fiqure out the other half caus ei did it on accident and didnt notice till i kept killing peps without touching them its nothing to do with stats

time to get some stuff straight counter attack is the eaisest to get cause all u have to do is have a shield that says 1013% recover from attack and then your set
Thorns for high level chars
Thanks CrimsonLotus: Ok this works on elites of level 1mill and up and on supremes of level 2bill and up.
On elite: Have attacker tkes dammages of a total of 180 (20 on 9 charms or 60 on 3 items etc...) now add attacker takes dammages of a value of 63(based on char level) only 1 time, no more then 1. This will have all meele fighters suicide by hitting you. Be warnned that this wont work if you have any defence enchencing attributes on your items.
On supreme: Add attacker takes lightning dammages of a total of 120(20 on 7 charms or 30 on 4 diferent items etc...) now add attacker take sdammages of a value of 61(based on char level) only 1 time, no more then 1 time. Be warnned that it wont work if you have any defence enchencing attributes on your items on supremes too.
To counter it is simple, non immune won't get damages from it
Well immunes are hard to kill, but when you know how they dies faster then non immunes, so it just a matter of time before every one starts geting bored of it. You see there is this bow killing immunes in like 1 or max 2 shots. But this bow wont kill non immunes, the thorn kills immune sin like an instent, but then again non immunes wont get dammages from it. Dragon talon may kill an immune in one shot, but will take minimum of 5 hits to kill a non immune. Negative smyte+holy shield kills immunes, but wont even scratch non immunes.
if you want a good thorn with 99ers and teens, keep in mind it wont do instant killing. But there is a combo for it. This also stops some peeps from leeching
Thorn aura level 31, Iron Mayden level 31(or above), blade shield level 20 (or above), Spirit Of Barbs level 31.
Dont add any thorn dammages as attributes on items and this should do the job! Good Luck
For neg smyte dammages, you can get it with hight strenght and a level betwin 1000 to 5000 holy shield easily.
Thorns counter
Well non immunes wont get afected by it for real, but if you wish to be immune to it by using and immune char, simply make your dammages be negatives and there ya go, it will heal ya instead of killing ya. Well have fun once again

Thanks CrimsonLotus: Here is how to make one. Be warnned that this will only kill phis immune/absorb chars and not others, so keep a normal wepoon equiped on 2nd weapons slots.
Firts make a quiver of arrows or bolts depending on what wep you will use. Have this one's quality be superrior(hight on fuzzier). Now add maximum fire dammages of a value of 63(based on char level), maximum lightning dammages of a value of 63(based on char level), maximum cold dammages of a value of 63(based on char level), maximum poison dammages of a value of 63(based on char level).
Now make your bow or xbow any quality that enables magical attributes. now add maximum fire dammages of a value of 63(based on char level), maximum cold dammages of a value of 63(based on char level), maximum lightning dammages of a value of 63(based on char level), maximum poison dammages of a value of 63(based on char level). If your using an elite char then also add +100 maximum fire dammages, +100 maximum lightning dammages, +100 maximum cold dammages, +100 maximum poison dammages. Do not add any other attributes, not even crushing blow or minimum dammages. Nothing else then those i just sayd!
negative attack speed
-141 is the most stable number i have found for neg att speed

Just put -60 ias on the weapon (so its attack speed will be very low)
and the rest on other items. It never crashed for me using frenzy and zeal
on barbs, sorcs and pallies. Your opponent won't even see you moving when attacking
Negative damage
With 99ers, use hight skills, elite use lot of enchencing attributes, with supreme simply have 2 times the same attribute base don char level on same itm using jewels
Can somone explain the concept behind this? we tryen to get negetive element dmg right? wel i tryed dmg's from 1-2 380--96 96--380
1-134512809 1--12341451235 i even got it with a bigger min dmg than max ie 17800-98 or soo What is ur dmg supposed to look like to kill immunes.. i even had ice arrow whare it was showing a solid dmg with no min-max just displayed as like 40,000
If your dammages says from 1 to neg value or from 1 to big assed positives, you got it!

As far as i know neg damage in your stats is close to worthless in actuall duelling. If i am wrong there so be it (not the first time).
However..
Useing the W skills method (if you dont know that read some more) i have found that in the case of elemental damage as shown on your skill icon (thats the one you use to change your skillz) if you continue to raise your skillz untill this runs to negative which it will do quite often as you pump your self up to your fancy level 20 mil or whatever. The negative damage here can be very devastating. I am not about to say that it will work for everyone or on everyone but during clan testing we didnt find a charactor that it did not effect until we set them up for it.

ok think about this unless u alrdy now i was pumpin skills on my sassy and my skill venom(adds poisn dmg) went neg so i tried it in a duel annndd sure enough 1 hit got them to 0 then i finnished them off bye pokin them in the eye try it it may work for u
breaking lifelock
You need a low dammage lower then 85k or if you go hight dammages you need on lower then 4mill. Get cb, ow and ds. Now even if life seems to not be moving, keep on baching and you'l see it move litle by litle. Good luck!
Also make sure u have a fast enough attack speed so that you can get the hits in
2 Billion physical immune
And by the way with a 2bill. You need a life of 6 500 000 or under to have phis immune work. Other wise you may get phis immune, but magic will kill ya easy. Also do not get too hight energy and vitality or the same problem will apear. On last thing! Trie these to be phis immune!
ne of each absorbs 127%, one of each ressists 255%, one of each maximum resists 31%, one of each absorbs (based on char lvl) maximum for your level.
Slows Target
Actualy it is realy simple! If you get slow target by 10% on 2 items (exemple: java and shield or both weps on barb). Tis will punch off one hellish slowmo rate on any one, even those with super speed. This works best on 2 scepters with a barb, but it does works on other stufs.
Double attack speed
When using a shield, i use 2 time same equip on both wep slots, i cast life tap, activate concentration aura and i attack using concentration and by pressing 'w' hyper fast in order to have my attacks been lightning speed (way more faster then old zeal and misses less, plus oyou get to block a lot and faster then usual). Trie it, this rules on 99 and teen duelling.
Click on your target and keep the buton pushed down on your moussse, and then press 'w' the faster possible to make the attacks be way faster. And no this wont lag the game bro! You see by doing this its like if you where using 2 shields and 2 weps at the same time so you get double time better efects
unbeatable barb
Ok sorry to ask but to make a unbeatable barb u need weapon block, iron skin, and what on earth is the necro spell and also how would i use this skills?? just sit on my armor or something or on charms and have them sit there....
Level 99 Immune/Absorb
it has been done and it is done w/ all neg #'s the file size is very small on my friends char w/ it its like 1.3kb
Hey... there's a nice hint.... So... Absorb goes negative when VERY high??
Eric-I don't know if he said that, but all of the #s go neg if high enough [I think}- But this is in the area that I'm working on, so here goes. If I'm way off then have a good laugh.
The hint about a small file size was very encouraging, because I've been experimenting with neg absorb using the INDs and very high pos. resist-stacking + to max resist in jeweled items and charms. The total size required if attributes on other items is economical would be a file size 2-3, and still get -256 to each element in all four time zones. Of course, as always, poison is tricky. No dependable results yet-IOW, I can still kill myself, and I havent been healed by an attack yet.
Just another path on this interesting highway. And I make wrong turns all the time.

Oversocketing
I've heard a lot of ways to get extra sockets using different versions and suchlike, but I have discovered a much easier way of doing it. As all here probably already know, more sockets can be added to items in fuzziers(I'm not sure about Jamellas, i dont touch that b*tch) through using the magical attribute increased sockets. When I was creating a helm for my zon, I found that it wasnt making four sockets, only three despite the fact I added one socket. So, just to test whether it was a 2 or 3 sockets helm, I used increase sockets by 2. And I got 5 sockets! And unlike usual, I had no crashes, errors even after it was socketed with hacked jewels! The helm was a spired helm, and was made a unique type.
Ok, this is an edit from here. I have done some extra research and found it works most reliably with 7 sockets in total shown, for any item. Also, as soon as the regular max for that area oversocketed all regular sockets not shown will be included. In order to make sense of this ill use an example.
A hydra bow is given 6 sockets under just regular how many sockets. Its max sockets is 4, so it will show only 4 sockets at this point. If I use increase sockets by 2, it will be 6 socketed.
