Using Jamella's Change Magical Attributes
Error Messages

Make sure you have D2 version 1.09... If you go online to battle.net, you'll get upgraded automatically.
Start with a char that works in D2
If you want a new char, start in D2, kill a few monsters, till you go up a level.
Make sure you have at leat one item in your inventory AND in your stash
Make sure you have some money in your inventory AND in your stash
File Menu
Click on the Open Player button and browse to your D2 Save folder usually C:\Program Files\Diablo II\save
Select the char you want to edit.
Don't touch the Mercenary button or the Options button.
New Player and Save Summary buttons don't work.
Stats Screen
Click on the Stats button and enter the stats you want.
Enter a number in the "Remaining" box if you want to set your stats in the game.
If you have NOX, uncheck the Expansion Version
Inventory Screen
Click on the Inventory button to get to the Inventory Screen
The tabs at the bottom are for your Body, Stash, Cube and Belt
Don't touch the mercenary button
Creating Items
Click the tab you want. The cube tab won't be available unless you have the cube.
Click on the "Built-In Item Tree" to select the item you want and Drag into inventory.
I recommend starting with only Regular or Exceptional items.
Some of the others don't work. Especially Uniques.
Editing Items
Right click on the item you want to edit
The options are:
Change Magical Attributes -- See below
Set Durability -- See Below
Inscribe Name -- If you want to inscribe your name
Item Quality -- Usually stick to Regular or Superior
Socketed -- If you want to add sockets.
Identified -- Should always be checked
Starter Item -- Basic item that a new char starts with
Ethereal -- Item can't be repaired
Save to File -- If you want to transfer the item to another char
Delete -- If you want to delete the item
Setting Durability
Usually set 255 and 255. Click Make Indestructible if you want.
Changing Magical Attributes
Click on the attribute you want from the New Attribute list, Enter the values you want and click Add >>
Repeat to add more attributes.
To delete an attribute, select the attribute you want from the Current Attributes list and click Remove

If you get any error messages see: Error Messages
Skills
Click on the skill item to increase the desired skill. Or, Scroll the slider at the bottom.
Click the Batch Action button to set all skills
Enter a number in the Available Skill points if you want to set your skills in the game.
Quests
If you want the quest to show completed, it's usually best to select Long Finished from the dropdown.
The Batch Action Button doesn't work.
Waypoints
Double click the icon on the left of the desired waypoint to toggle on/off
Click the Batch Action button to toggle All Waypoints on/off
